If you have received your goods and would like to return an item then you have up to 30 working days from the date you received the goods to do so. However, there are restrictions on items that can be returned and are subject to our terms and conditions.
This cancellations right does not apply to:
- Any made-to-measure or custom-made products
- Short shelf life / perishable goods
- Selected Offer or Sale items
- Sealed goods which have been opened or used
Returning Clothing and Wearable Items
We understand that clothing needs to be tried on to ensure if fits in the same way you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).
All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box).
How do I return an item?
To return an item you will need to complete the form below.
Once your request is received by our team we will contact you to let you know if the request is approved. If approved, the item will need to be returned at your cost or we can arrange collection of the item but a minimum charge of £12.99 will be deducted from your refund. The delivery charge for your order will also not be refunded.
We now offer the facility for you to return your item by dropping it back to your local Post Office. In order to do this you will require access to a printer to be able to print the pre-paid returns label that will be emailed to you.
If your item is faulty or damaged in transit we will send you a returns label or arrange a collection at our cost.
If you simply change your mind and no longer require the product it will be returned at your cost and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return via collection: £12.99 deducted from refund
Faulty or damaged items
Any items that are delivered damaged or are faulty will be returned at our cost and you will receive a replacement free of charge.
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement.
If you have placed an order and it has not been dispatched from our warehouse then you will receive a full refund including any delivery charges. To notify us that you would like to cancel your order please contact us using the form below.
