If your basket contains multiple items and one of them is out of stock at the point of ordering you can continue to place an order but your order will not ship until ALL items on your order are in stock.
If you wish to place an order for multiple items but do not want to wait for a particular item to be back in stock then please place separate orders, one for the in stock items and one for the out of stock items.
Click onto MY ACCOUNT and enter your email address. Select forgot password and an email will be sent to you with your new password. Copy and paste the new password into the login page and login. When logged onto your account you then have the facility to change your password.
These are redeemed at checkout. On the ‘confirm’ section within basket to checkout there is a box in which to enter your e-voucher reference to redeem it and the value of the order at checkout will be reduced in line with the promotion.
On receipt of your order we will send you a sales order confirmation which will provide you with your estimated delivery date. If at any time you require an update to the status on this order you can log into your account and check the fulfillment status of the order or if you prefer you can contact our sales office quoting your order reference number. The sales team will then provide you with current delivery information.
MSDS’s are available and can be requested at any time. Go to a product page and shown below any product are additional items to select whereby you can request more information. MSDS would be one of these if applicable to the product selected. We will then email back to you a current MSDS. Or If you did not request one before placing an order Univar SC admin team will also post to you a copy of the current MSDS.
